Job summary

Trinity Total Home is a leading provider of residential roofing solutions offering in-home sales opportunities with pre-qualified appointments and clear paths to growth. You will run company-provided appointments, inspect roofs, present roofing solutions, price and close projects, and manage customer follow-up through contract completion.

This role requires evening and Saturday availability, comfort with ladders and attic spaces, and the ability to travel to customer homes.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with in-home conversations and performance-based compensation.
• Must be able to climb a ladder, walk on roofs, and access attic spaces.
• Must be available weekday evenings and Saturdays 8:00 am–8:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly sales team meetings.
• Attend confirmed customer appointments between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos.
• Use company tools for measurements and photo capture.
• Conduct roof condition assessments and attic inspections when required.
• Build homeowner trust, present options clearly, and close deals.
• Update Salesforce/CRM and finance portals accurately.
• Follow up with homeowners and internal teams through the process.
