Job summary

Trinity Total Home is hiring Home Improvement Sales Consultants to drive in-home roof solutions. You’ll work with pre-qualified leads, run company appointments, and close projects with uncapped commissions.

Training is provided, with performance-based pay and a path to management as the business expands. Role requires evening/Saturday availability, comfort with ladders and attic spaces, and travel to customer homes.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with in-home conversations and performance-based compensation.
• Must be able to climb a ladder, access attics, and travel to customer homes.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Evening and Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly sales meetings to plan strategies.
• Attend confirmed customer appointments 8:00 am–8:00 pm.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos.
• Use company tools to measure and capture photos.
• Assess roof conditions including attic inspections when needed.
• Present options clearly and close deals that meet homeowner needs.
• Maintain accurate notes in Salesforce/CRM and finance portals.
• Follow up with homeowners to move sold projects through to completion.
