Job summary

Trinity Total Home is actively seeking Home Improvement Sales Consultants to visit customers at their homes, present roofing solutions, and close contracts. You will run company-provided appointments, inspect roofs, and guide customers through financing and options.

Role requires evening/Saturday availability, comfort with ladders and attic access, and travel to customer homes. Training and tools are provided, with a clear path to leadership as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with in-home customer conversations.
• Ability to climb ladders and access attic spaces.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays 8:00 am–8:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly sales team meetings.
• Attend confirmed customer appointments and conduct in-home presentations.
• Present roofing solutions, discuss pricing and financing, and close deals.
• Use company tools to capture measurements and photos.
• Update CRM systems and follow up with homeowners until project completion.
