Job summary

Trinity Total Home is seeking a results-driven Roofing Sales Consultant to work in-home, meeting with homeowners, presenting roofing solutions, and closing projects. You’ll use provided tools and pre-qualified leads to drive sales and earnings.

Training pay, ongoing development, and a clear path to management are offered as the team grows. The role requires evening/weekend availability and the ability to travel to customer homes.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with in-home conversations and performance-based compensation.
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs/attics when needed.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly sales meetings and plan strategically.
• Present in-home roofing solutions and close deals.
• Use company tools (iPad, phone) for measurements and demos.
• Update Salesforce/CRM and finance portals accurately and on time.
• Follow up with homeowners to move projects through completion.
