Job summary

Trinity Total Home, a leading provider of residential roofing solutions, is seeking Home Improvement Sales Consultants. You will run company-provided appointments, inspect roofs, present roofing solutions, price and close projects, and manage follow-up through contract completion.

This in-home role requires evening and Saturday availability, comfort with ladders/attics, and travel to customer homes. Training is provided with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with in-home conversations and performance-based compensation.
• Ability to climb ladders, access attics, inspect roofs, and travel to appointments.
• Availability on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays 8:00 am–8:00 pm.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly sales team meetings to plan and strategize.
• Attend confirmed customer appointments between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos.
• Use company software for measurements and photo capture.
• Perform roof and attic assessments as needed.
• Build homeowner trust, present options clearly, and close deals.
• Utilize provided equipment and update Salesforce/CRM accurately.
• Follow up with homeowners and teams to move projects forward.
