Job summary

Trinity Total Home is seeking Home Improvement Sales Consultants to protect homes with expert roofing solutions. You will run company-provided appointments, inspect roofs, present solutions, price and close projects, and manage follow-up through contract completion.

The role requires evening/weekend availability, ladder access, attic work, and travel to customer homes. Training is provided and growth toward management is possible as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in in-home conversations with performance-based compensation.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Able to climb ladders, access attics, and travel to customer homes.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly sales team meetings and plan strategically.
• Attend confirmed customer appointments between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos.
• Use company tools and software for measurements and photo capture.
• Build homeowner trust and close deals meeting homeowner needs.
• Update Salesforce/CRM and finance portals accurately and timely.
• Follow up with homeowners and internal teams to move projects forward.
