Trinity Solar is hiring Home Improvement Sales Consultants to drive in-home roofing sales with company-provided appointments and pre-qualified leads. Expect evening hours, attic access, and travel to customer homes as part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Must be comfortable with in-home customer conversations and performance-based compensation.
• Must be able to climb a ladder, walk on roofs, climb inside attic spaces, lift 65 lbs., bend, stoop, sit, stand, walk, and use company-provided equipment.
• Must be available weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays 8:00 am-8:00 pm.
• Must have a valid driver2s license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and the ability to travel to and from in-home appointments.

Aufgaben

• Attend weekly sales team meetings to plan and prepare strategically.
• Attend confirmed customer appointments between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos.
• Use innovative software for precise measurements and photo capture.
• Conduct roof condition assessments, including roof and attic inspections when required.
• Build homeowner trust, present options clearly, and close deals that meet homeowner needs.
