Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers for our Columbia, MD office. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center. You show up, run the process, and close. Training is paid and travel to Charlotte, NC is covered.

Earn On Target Earnings from $150,000 to $250,000 uncapped, with $500 weekly draw, and monthly bonuses. Appointments are 1pm & 6pm weekdays, plus Saturday slots, with strong support and a fast-install team.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• No cold calling or door knocking.
• Pre-qualified appointments provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 pre-qualified homeowners each day.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
• Present the solution and financing options.
• Close on the first visit with the homeowner.
• Handoff to installation team after close.
