Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center, so you won't cold call or knock doors. You show up, run the process, and close on site.

Earn uncapped commissions with strong draws and bonuses. Expect 10–12 pre-qualified appointments weekly and a paid two-week training in Charlotte, NC to master our proven closing system.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof
• Present the solution and the financing
• Close on the first visit, one-call-close
• Hand it to an install team and move on
