Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center. You show up, run the process, and close on the first visit.

Meet 2–3 pre-qualified homeowners weekly; no cold calling. Paid two-week training in Charlotte, NC with an established support system and ongoing coaching. Competitive draw and uncapped commissions with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Must be able to travel to Charlotte, NC for paid training.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners each day.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
• Present the solution and financing to homeowners.
• Close on the first visit and hand off to installation team.
