Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center. No cold calling, no door knocking, you simply show up, run the process, and close.

Appointments average 10-12 per week, all pre-qualified with strong close rates. Training is paid and conducted in Charlotte, NC, with ongoing coaching and a fast-installation team. Expect 8–12 in-home appointments weekly and uncapped commission with weekly draws.

Qualificações

• Sales experience preferred, not required (our top closers come from various backgrounds).
• Ability to present in homeowner living rooms and handle tablet-based demos.
• Must be coachable and able to follow a proven process.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified homeowners weekly.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
• Present the solution and financing options.
• Close on the first visit (one-call close).
• Hand off to installation team after closing.
