Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking in-home closers to manage pre-qualified appointments. No cold calling or door knocking; you close on the first visit and hand the sale to our install team. Training is provided to ensure consistent closing performance.

Earn between $150,000 and $250,000 annually with a $500 weekly draw against commission, plus monthly bonuses and a proven sales process. Positions located in Charlotte, NC with in-house support and a structured office network.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Able to travel to Charlotte, NC for paid training.
• Evening and Saturday availability.
• Comfortable presenting in a homeowner's living room and working from a tablet.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
• Present the solution and the financing.
• Close on the first visit with one-call-close appointments.
• Hand it to an install team that moves fast and go home.
