Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking an in-home sales closer. No cold calling or door knocking; work with pre-qualified appointments set by our in-house call center. You will show up, diagnose roof needs, present financing options, and close on the first visit.

Earn on-target earnings of $150,000–$250,000 with uncapped commissions, plus a $500 weekly draw against commissions and monthly bonuses. Paid two-week training in Charlotte, NC, and ongoing coaching support help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales and closing deals with homeowners.
• - Ability to present solutions and financing clearly.
• - Comfortable speaking with homeowners in living rooms and using a tablet.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners weekly.
• Inspect the home and diagnose roofing needs.
• Present the solution and financing options to close on first visit.
• Hand off to install team after closing and avoid prospecting.
• Work with pre-qualified appointments provided by in-house call center.
