Job summary

Southern National Roofing seeks in-home closers. All appointments are set by our in-house call center with no cold calling. You close on the first visit and enjoy a robust commission structure with weekly draw and bonuses.

Expect about 10-12 confirmed appointments weekly in a proven process, paid two-week training in Charlotte, NC, and ongoing coaching. Growth opportunities exist across multiple markets and a strong brand ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred in lieu of direct qualification
• Ability to present in homeowners' living rooms
• Comfort with using a tablet for presentations

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners each week
• Inspect the home and diagnose roofing needs
• Present solutions and financing options
• Close on the first visit (one-call-close)
• Hand off to installation team and move on to next appointment
