Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center. No cold calling, no door knocking, no self-generating leads. You show up, run the process, and close.

Appointments are 10-12 confirmed per week, pre-qualified and confirmed by our in-house call center. A paid two-week training in Charlotte, NC starts you off with a proven process. Weekly draw against uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses drive earnings.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
• Present the solution and the financing.
• Close on the first visit. These are one-call-close appointments, not two-week follow-up cycles.
• Hand it to an install team that moves fast, and go home.
