United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join as in-home health care providers working as 1099 independent contractors. You will bring holistic, patient-centered care directly to patients' homes across Arizona, coordinating with physicians and case managers while maintaining detailed EMR documentation.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs, with BLS, and a commitment to empathy, safety, and high-quality care in an independent, flexible setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Professional liability insurance required.
• Strong problem-solving and empathetic approach.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough assessments to ensure personalized, comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Provide assistance with ADLs with dignity and respect.
• Coordinate schedule with patients in line with their plan of care and hours.
• Monitor and report changes in symptoms or behavior promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Communicate with Case Managers and treating physicians for unified care.
• Maintain accurate patient logs in the EMR system.
• Offer emotional support and establish trust with patients and families.
