United Energy Workers Healthcare seeks compassionate Registered Nurses to join as 1099 Independent Contractors, delivering home‑based care with autonomy and flexibility. You will assess, educate, and support patients in their homes, while coordinating with the care team.

As an In‑Home Health Care RN, you will provide holistic care, administer medications, document thoroughly in the EMR, and offer emotional support to patients and families in a manner that enhances wellbeing.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of practice.
Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; nursing degree required.
Current BLS certification.
Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
Professional liability coverage is required.
Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking with a warm, empathetic approach.

Responsabilités

Perform thorough patient assessments and deliver personalized in‑home care.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Assist with activities of daily living as needed with dignity and respect.
Coordinate schedules with patients and align with care plans and approved hours.
Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team and physicians.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Communicate with case managers and other clinicians for unified care.
Maintain accurate, compassionate documentation in the EMR.
Offer emotional support to patients and families.
