Pella Windows & Doors of the Carolinas and Southwest Virginia is seeking a Replacement Sales Rep in High Point, NC. You will visit customer homes to measure, present the Pella product line, prepare quotes, and explain pricing to satisfy replacement window and door needs.

The role requires an outgoing, highly motivated person with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred and outside sales experience is beneficial in a field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year outside sales experience.
• Must meet driver qualifications and insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Pella product line directly to homeowners.
• Visit customer homes to measure, perform product presentations, prepare quotes, and explain pricing.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and details in all jobs to ensure profitability.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing customers and seek referrals.
• Increase sales volume, profit margin, and market share while maintaining a high closing percentage.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
