Pella Corporation in the Greater Phoenix area is seeking a motivated Residential Sales Consultant to drive window and door replacements through direct homeowner engagements.

This field/outside sales role offers a home-based office with flexible schedule, a competitive base with uncapped commissions, and mileage reimbursement to cover travel within the territory. You will build relationships, present premium products, and close sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of sales experience (or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel locally within the Phoenix area.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Conduct in-home consultations using a structured sales process.
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Move toward first-visit closes, with effective follow-up as needed.
• Generate self-sourced leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Prepare accurate quotes and orders following company procedures.
• Address customer concerns and partner with internal teams for resolution.
• Maintain availability for evening and weekend appointments.
• Stay current on product knowledge and market competition.
