Job summary

The Treetop Therapy in Colorado is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver 1:1 therapy in the child’s home setting. You’ll receive robust training and supervision from our BCBA and leadership team, with opportunities to assist with treatment plans, support skill development, and contribute to measurable progress for children with autism and other needs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with EMR systems (Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst, Hi Rasmus) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 therapy in the child’s home setting.
• Assist with treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Foster skill development and behavior modification strategies.
• Work with a supportive clinical leadership team to ensure quality care.
