Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver evidence-based ABA support to children with autism in home and clinic settings. You will implement individualized therapy plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help clients acquire new skills in a compassionate, structured environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 40-hour RBT training completed is required.
• Active RBT certification preferred or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one interventions to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior plans under supervision.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multi-disciplinary teams for consistent treatment.
