Job summary

The Treetop is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy for children with autism. You will work under BCBA supervision to deliver individualized sessions, collect data, and support families in achieving treatment goals.

Qualifications

Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities

Responsibilities

Deliver ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinic settings
Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
Collect and record session data using EMR
Collaborate with families to support treatment goals
Maintain communication with supervising BCBAs and staff
Support positive behavior change with ABA strategies

Skills

Active RBT certification

High school diploma

Valid driver's license

Experience with children

TRICARE certification

CPR/BLS certification
