Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring an RBT in Colorado to deliver 1:1 therapy in a child’s home, under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. You’ll receive strong training and support from supervising clinicians and leadership to ensure effective learning and behavior modification.

Responsibilities include assisting with treatment plans, fostering skill development, and using evidence-based methods to drive progress while working with families and children of varying ages and abilities.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience with EMR systems such as Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst or Hi Rasmus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 therapy to children in the home setting.
• Assist with treatment plans and progress documentation.
• Support skill development under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide resources for learning and behavior modification.
