Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism and developmental differences. You’ll work 1:1 with clients, following therapy plans created by supervising BCBAs, and report progress to families.

Training is provided to help you earn your RBT certification, with opportunities for ongoing supervision and career growth. We offer competitive pay ($22–$30/hour), paid training, weekly PTO from day one, and full benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children is a plus.
• ABA knowledge and willingness to learn are valued.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism and related differences under supervision.
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by a BCBA.
• Track progress and communicate updates to families.
• Learn ABA concepts and grow within the clinic team.
