Job summary

The Treetop is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in Phoenix East and surrounding areas. You’ll work 1:1 in clients’ homes, under a supervising BCBA, delivering individualized therapy plans and tracking progress for families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Must be able to travel to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under a supervising BCBA.
• Deliver individualized therapy plans and track progress for families.
• Sessions take place in clients' homes; maintain supervision with clinical team.
