Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Colorado is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver 1:1 therapy in the child’s home. You will assist with treatment plans, support skill development, and work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to help children progress.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Experience with EMR systems: Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst, Hi Rasmus.
• Ability to work with children of various ages and skill levels.
• Preferred CPR/BLS and TRICARE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 therapy in the child’s home in Colorado.
• Assist with treatment plans and support skill development.
• Work under supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure progress.
