Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home and clinic ABA therapy for children with autism. You will implement individualized plans under BCBA supervision and collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 40-hour RBT training completed.
• Active RBT certification preferred or must obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities a plus.
• Passion for working in a clinical ABA setting to improve lives.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one interventions to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure treatment fidelity.
• Maintain BACB ethical and professional standards.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment for each client.
