Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services seeks experienced Behavioral Technicians to deliver in-home behavioral interventions for children on the Autism spectrum under BCBA supervision. You will implement goals and track progress in line with treatment plans.

Requires a high school diploma, 1 year of relevant experience, and CPR/BLS. Competitive hourly pay, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling are offered to support families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year relevant professional experience.
• Current hands-on CPR/BLS certification (in-person class).
• Current PPD or Chest X-ray as state/client requires.

Responsibilities

• Follows BCBA/Program Supervisor instructions.
• Provides behavior support/interventions 1:1 with assigned clients.
