Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking experienced Behavioral Therapists (Registered Behavior Technician, in-home) to support children on the Autism Spectrum under BCBA supervision. You will implement goals from the treatment plan and help children develop social, language, motor, and cognitive skills using ABA.

In-home setting with flexible scheduling. Required: at least 1 year of relevant experience, high school diploma, CPR (BLS) certification, and state-specific clearances.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year relevant & professional experience.
• Current hands-on CPR certification (BLS American Heart Association).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray as applicable per state/client requirement.

Responsibilities

• Follows the instructions of the BCBA/Program Supervisor.
• Provides behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clients.
• Works with clients, families, and communities to implement treatment plan.
• Completes and documents sessions per policies and procedures.
• Attends and participates in in-service training.
• Upholds and follows the ethical stands of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Playtime is learning time; having fun is expected as well.
