Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking experienced behavioral therapists to provide in-home, 1:1 ABA intervention for children on the autism spectrum. You will implement goals written by the BCBA and work under supervision to help develop social, language, and cognitive skills.

Eligible candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year of relevant experience, and CPR certification. RBT certification is preferred. Competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year relevant and professional experience.
• Current CPR certification (BLS American Heart Association) required.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray as state/client requires.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• English communication skills may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA/Program Supervisor instructions.
• Provide behavior interventions to assigned clients.
• Work with clients, families, and communities to implement treatment plans.
• Complete and document sessions per policies and procedures.
• Attend in-service trainings and adhere to ethical standards.
