Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced Behavioral Therapist (Registered Behavior Technician) for in-home 1:1 interventions with children on the Autism Spectrum. You will implement goals written by the BCBA under supervision and document each session.

Position emphasizes compassionate family collaboration, adherence to ABA protocols, and ongoing training. Competitive pay with benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year relevant professional experience.
• Current CPR certification (BLS American Heart Association) required.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray as applicable by state/client.
• Strong communication skills in English may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA/Program Supervisor instructions.
• Provide behavior interventions to assigned clients.
• Work with clients, families, and communities to implement plans.
• Document sessions per policies and procedures.
• Attend in-service trainings and maintain ethical standards.
