Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking experienced Behavioral Technicians to work with children on the Autism Spectrum in home-based settings. You will implement 1:1 treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, helping children develop social, language, and cognitive skills.

Position offers flexible hours, weekly pay, and growth opportunities. Active RBT certification is preferred, and professional childcare experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year relevant & professional experience.
• Current hands-on CPR/BLS certification (CPR must be in-person class).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray as required by state/client.
• Excellent communication in English and ability to interact with supervisors, clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Follows the instructions of the BCBA/Program Supervisor.
• Provides behavior intervention to assigned clients.
• Work with clients and families to implement the treatment plan.
• Complete and document each session per policies and procedures.
• Attend in-service trainings and uphold ethical standards per BACB.

Education
