Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and related developmental differences.

You will work one-on-one in clients' homes and community settings, implementing treatment plans developed by BCBAs and helping clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills. You'll receive guidance from experienced BCBA supervisors, participate in ongoing training, and have access to flexible schedules, paid training, and mileage

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Plus one of the following: College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field
• Or at least one year of experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Interventionist, Paraprofessional, Child Development Professional, Camp Counselor, or similar child-focused role

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Support positive behavior development
• Record session data and client progress
• Create engaging and structured learning environments
