Job summary

Eleos ABA seeks qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services in Pasadena, MD. The role runs weekdays evenings and offers part-time hours with supportive supervision and ongoing training.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), 1 year experience with children under 10, reliable transportation, and a strong, compassionate communication style. Training and BCBA mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience: 1 year with children under 10; RBT preferred.
• Must have transportation to commute and be prompt to appointments.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to sit on the ground; lift 20 lbs.
• Strong ethics and respectful, compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in one-on-one ABA sessions.
• Record data on client behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with and train caregivers.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Attend trainings to enhance skills.
