Job summary

Eleos ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services to our young clients in Baltimore, MD. You will work one-on-one under the direction of a BCBA, delivering individualized treatment plans in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 1 year experience with children under 10.
• Willing to obtain RBT certification if not already certified.
• Must have transportation to commute to appointments.
• Background check required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and sit on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in one-on-one sessions under BCBA direction.
• Collect and record client behavior data.
• Collaborate with caregivers and train families.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
• Carry out clinical assessments and administrative duties.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Attend trainings to develop skills.
