Job summary

Eleos ABA is seeking qualified RBTs to provide in-home ABA services to children in the Baltimore area. You will work part-time during weekday evenings, delivering individualized treatment under the supervision of a BCBA.

The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and has strong communication skills; training and support are provided to obtain and maintain RBT credentials. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children under 10; RBT experience preferred.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to appointments.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Energetic, ethical, and compassionate with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one therapy setting following individualized plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behavior.
• Collaborate with caregivers and assist with caregiver training.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.
• Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Attend trainings to acquire further knowledge.
