Job summary

Move Up ABA Maryland is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children and families under BCBA supervision. You will play a key role in implementing therapy protocols and tracking progress with data-driven feedback.

The ideal candidate is BACB-certified, holds a high school diploma or equivalent, and has 1 year of ABA experience. This part-time position includes evenings and weekends, with competitive pay and team support.

Qualifications

• Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education preferred.
• 1 year of experience in the field of ABA or a related field.
• PART-TIME schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy protocols under the supervision of a BCBA
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
• Monitor and record client progress, providing data-driven feedback to BCBA's
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case conceptualization and treatment planning
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to Move Up ABA's highest standards of care
