Job summary

Eleos ABA is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes in Baltimore, MD, during weekday evenings. The role emphasizes compassionate care, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1 year experience with children under 10; RBT preferred.
• Must have transportation access and be prompt.
• Background check required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA services under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behavior.
