Growing Minds Behavioral Health in Laurel, MD is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children under BCBA supervision. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and availability in afternoons/evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training course is required prior to job offer.
• Active RBT certification is preferred (must obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and clear communication with families and supervisors.
