Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Stockbridge, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in in-home settings under BCBA supervision. You will deliver individualized ABA sessions, collect data, and help families implement treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning
• Experience with autism or disabilities is helpful but not required
• Ability to pass background checks
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required
• Experience in childcare, education, or related field is a strong foundation

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Record session data and documentation accurately and on time
• Share observations with your supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Build professional relationships with clients and families
