Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and families in home settings in Cumming, GA.

You will work under a BCBA, delivering individualized treatment plans, recording data, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Paid training, ongoing supervision, and professional development opportunities are provided.

Part-time schedule, Monday–Friday, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities to grow your skills in ABA.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or willingness to complete training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication and reliability
• Background check requirements
• Driver's license and transportation if travel to client homes is required

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism following BCBA plans.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills in individualized sessions.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations with your supervising BCBA and discuss progress.
• Participate in supervision, training and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
