Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and families in-home in Atlanta. You will implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision, focusing on developing communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide paid training, ongoing BCBA supervision, and opportunities for professional development. This part-time role offers meaningful hands-on work and growth within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifikationen

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Clear communication, reliability and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with children or autism is helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-to-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills in sessions.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations with supervising BCBA and participate in supervision.
• Build professional relationships with clients and families.
