Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring an in-home, part-time RBT to support children with autism. Work 2–3 hour sessions in the child’s home, clinic, or school, with afternoon-evening shifts from 2 to 8 pm.

Sessions are 1:1 and focus on communication, social, and daily living skills, with caseloads tailored to availability. We offer a $150 onboarding bonus and full RBT certification support, plus ongoing supervision, training, and clear pathways for advancement within a caring team committed to

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required.
• If you do not hold an ABA paraprofessional/BT certification, apply to the Behavior Technician role.
• Must maintain an active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification for continued employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtain during onboarding.
• TB test within 90 days, MMR & Varicella immunization, and a pre-employment physical.
• Background check (FBI & DOJ) is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA-based professionals.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
• Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions.
