Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring part-time RBTs to work 1:1 with children in their homes, clinics, or schools across Sonoma and surrounding counties. Sessions are typically 2–3 hours with flexible afternoons and evenings, and onboarding includes an $150 bonus for Napa/Solano/Sonoma counties.

You will support children’s communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision; all roles require active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT/ABAT/BCAT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• If not certified, complete a 40-hour RBT training before employment.
• CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavior support with children.
• Implement behavior intervention plans created by BCBA(s).
• Record and monitor client progress data accurately.
• Communicate with families to provide updates and support.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
