Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism within home and clinic settings. You will work closely with a BCBA and a collaborative care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate services.

Not certified yet? We provide paid training and cover the cost of your RBT exam to help you start confidently. Benefits include premium after-hours pay and weekly BCBA supervision.

Competenze

• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel within ~30 miles of home.
• Willing to learn and complete RBT training if not already certified.
• Experience with children and ASD is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to record data and conduct assessments.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
