Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home or community settings. You will implement ABA plans under a BCBA and collaborate with a supportive team to drive meaningful progress.

The role offers a part-time afternoon/evening schedule with opportunities for professional development and ongoing supervision to help you grow in the field of ABA.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Background check requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations with the supervising BCBA and participate in supervision and meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
