Advanceable ABA, a home-based ABA therapy provider, is hiring in Waynesboro, VA. This in-home RBT role offers flexible part-time schedules and the chance to make a meaningful difference in children's lives.

You\'ll work under a BCBA, implementing individualized ABA plans, tracking progress, and collaborating with families to support communication and daily living skills. Training and growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to pursue with company support.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in clients’ homes in the Waynesboro area.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement.
• Track progress with session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Stay active during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children.
