Advanceable ABA is hiring in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas for a part-time RBT. This home-based role delivers individualized in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA, with flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Earn $25-$30/hr, with paid training, PTO, RBT certification support, and opportunities for clinical growth and career advancement within a supportive team. 15–25+ hours weekly, afternoons and after-school as needed, with ongoing supervision to strengthen skills in

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or path to certification with company support.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans in the child’s home.
• Track progress with session data and notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical team.
