Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Louisburg, NC, on Mon–Fri afternoons and evenings. The role offers direct therapy sessions under a BCBA plan, with a structured supervision pathway and flexible caseload design based on your availability.

• BCBA assigned before start; receive plan, intro, and family support.
• Collect session data and submit notes; non-billable time paid.
