Job summary
Advanceable ABA in Charlotte, NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time, home-based ABA therapy. You will deliver 1:1 in-home services under BCBA supervision, helping children develop communication, social, and daily-living skills in their natural environment.
The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, PTO, and support for RBT certification renewal, with path to professional growth and BCBA mentorship. Prior experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification or employer-supported path to certification.
- 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
- Strong communication and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans for each child.
- Track progress with data and clinical notes.
- Communicate with families and clinical team professionally.
- Work in clients' homes within the Charlotte area.
- Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
- Engage actively with children during sessions and routines.
